Our primary goal is to improve the quality of life for seniors by helping them maintain their independence and alleviating the burden of day-to-day tasks. Our concierges are all screened, insured, and trained to provide the highest level of service tailored to your loved one’s needs.

How do you charge for your services?

 

Our services are private pay and billed on an hourly basis with a 1 hour minimum.

 

What areas do you serve?

We are based in St. Louis, MO. We service the city and county of St. Louis and St. Charles.

Are you a home health agency?

 

No. We are not a home health agency. We provide a full range of customizable non-medical senior services including companionship, personal care services, and more.

Do you provide services to elders who live in Assisted Living or Care Facilities

 

Yes. We will travel to your loved one’s facility and provide requested concierge services along with ensuring they are getting the proper care and attention necessary from their care facility.

 

How do you communicate with client’s families

 

We will send detailed reports to the family after each visit. You can have peace of mind knowing that we will be your eyes and ears to observe the well being of your loved one in your absence. We will address any issues that may arise along with keeping you informed on daily successes and exciting happenings.

 

Do you provide transportation services

 

No. However, we will run errands for your loved one or arrange transportation services for them.
